The Waterford West State School Tuckshop is the place to go if you are after delicious, fresh, and well-priced alternatives to making lunches at home. Our Tuckshop operates 5 days a week for Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea.
The Tuckshop is led by Convenor Lynne Goulding who has been at Waterford West for 18 years and Assistant Megan Olive who has been employed for 3 years but previously volunteered for 4 years. They always welcome volunteers either on a set or casual roster dependent on availabilities. All volunteers are treated to great conversation, a chance to share culinary skills and lunch. Munch Monitor has fantastic features like "Snack Money" which allows students the ability to make purchases at the Tuckshop cash free. You can order up to 4 weeks in advance without having to find change or paper bags to order.
ALL LUNCH ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 8.45AM.
IF YOUR CHILD IS ABSENT (AND YOU HAVE ORDERED TUCKSHOP) PLEASE INFORM THE TUCKSHOP BEFORE 9AM. This allows the Tuckshop staff time to cancel and refund your order. If you DO NOT call, your order will not be refunded back to your Munch Monitor account.
The Tuckshop accepts cash, but EFTPOS payments are preferred ($5 minimum). All students can purchase over the counter at break times, but all hot food must be ordered in advance. *note: all cash bought to school by students remains their responsibility.
